All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Payment must be made according to the agreed terms. For corporate accounts, credit terms will be specified in your account agreement.
Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days across UAE. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders across all UAE emirates. Delivery fees may apply based on location and order size.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the specified address.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Defective or damaged items may be returned within 14 days.
Contact our customer service to initiate a return. Returns must be authorized before sending products back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Products come with manufacturer warranties as specified. We are not responsible for warranty claims, which must be directed to the manufacturer.
